Minjae Kim is a Korean artist based in New York with a background in architecture and furniture design.
His practice in furniture and objects serves as an antithesis to the constraints typically found in architectural work—namely, limitations of time, scale, and accessibility.
The resulting works are often simple, quirky, imperfect, incohesive, impractical, irrational, and deeply emotional. They manifest as conceptual one-liners that revolve around a single idea, emphasizing individuality over coherence and intuition over convention.
Gyuhan Lee is an artist who creates furniture-like objects using everyday materials. He incorporates familiar brand packaging—such as Nike shoeboxes and McDonald’s wrappers—into his work, emphasizing repetition and balance in his designs.
He has collaborated with global brands including Gucci, Samsung Electronics, and McDonald’s. His practice involves reinterpreting brands and materials in a contemporary context, adding new layers of meaning and value to the ordinary.
Gunhyuk Choi is a graphic designer whose practice is rooted in programming-based creation. His work spans exhibitions, brand collaborations, and lectures both in Korea and abroad—including appearances at the Jeonju International Film Festival, DEMO FESTIVAL, and more—blurring the lines between art and technology.
In 2024, he participated in the traveling exhibition «dialog() Asian Generative Art Exhibition», which toured Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul, and Beijing, presenting experimental images and video works across multiple screens.
Through repeated processes of experimentation and variation, Choi collects and archives the images he discovers, continually developing a unique visual language of his own.
